You Have Reached
My Little Warrior Child
We are here to support bereaved parents who have suffered the loss of a child. We offer support, retreats and resources to help you navigate grief, heartbreak, and loss.
“A person who loses a spouse is called a widow or widower, a person who loses both parents is called an orphan. There is no name for a parent who loses a child.”
You Do Not Have To Walk Alone
The death of a child changes a parent’s world in ways that can be difficult to explain.
At My Little Warrior Child CIC, we understand that grief is not something to rush, fix, or silence. We exist to support bereaved parents and families with compassion, dignity, and care.
Our work includes safe spaces, retreats, educational webinars, resources, and support for parents navigating grief after the death of a child.

Carried Through Loss Book
A gentle guide for parents after the death of a child
Carried Through Loss was written by Detola Amure, founder MLWC CIC, as the book she wished she had after losing her son, Morakinyo Caleb.
The book is a compassionate “first aid” resource for bereaved parents, especially in the early days of grief. It gently explores the emotional, physical, relational, spiritual, and practical impact of child loss.
Through our crowdfunding campaign, we aim to publish the book as a paperback, eBook, and audiobook, and place copies into the hands of at least 700 bereaved parents through hospitals, churches, workplaces, care packs, community spaces, and support organisations.
Help Us Support Bereaved Parents
Your support helps us create safe spaces, provide resources, run retreats, host educational webinars, and reach bereaved parents who may feel isolated in their grief. Whether you donate, sponsor a book, partner with us, or share our work, your support helps remind bereaved parents that they are not alone.

My Little Warrior Child CIC supports parents and families after the death of a child through safe spaces, retreats, education, and compassionate resources.
