Introduction

Use of www.mylittlewarriorchild.org (“the Website”) and participation in our services is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By using My Little Warrior Child (MLWC) Website, making a donation, or submitting a request for Carried Through Loss, users confirm agreement to these terms.

Donations and Payments

• All donations are voluntary and processed securely via third-party providers ( Stripe, etc.). MLWC does not process or store payment card data.
  ● Refunds for donations can be requested within 7 days and will be considered case-by-case.
  ● Donations support MLCW CIC’s mission and may be allocated towards operational or administrative costs at the CIC’s discretion. 

Terms of Request for Carried Through Loss (CTL)

• Only one book can be requested per individual or household who resides in the United Kingdom and has lost a child.
  ● Requests are currently only accepted for UK residents. CTL for non UK resident can be purchased on Amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, Waterstones, Foyles, Barnes & Noble and other bookstores
  ● You can request a book for yourself
  ● If an individual or family has already been nominated, MLWC will notify the requestor.
  ● To request more than one individual/household, a donation for each additional receipient is required.
  ● Requests are first come, first served. 
• CTL is subject to availability and MLWCs discretion. 

Intellectual Property

All site content is owned or licensed by MLWC and may not be reused without written permission.

• The Website may contain links to external websites for convenience and informational purposes only.
  ● MLWC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party websites linked from this site.
  ● The inclusion of any external link does not imply endorsement or recommendation by MLWC
  ● Users access any external links at their own risk. 

Liability

MLWC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages relating to site use or donation processing.

Amendments

MLWC may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
