My Little Warrior Child CIC is growing, and we are looking for volunteers who believe in our mission and would like to contribute their time, skills and experience.
Volunteers can support us in areas such as:
- Administration
- Community outreach
- Fundraising
- Events and retreats
- Communications and social media
- Partnership development
- Resource distribution
- Volunteer coordination
Some roles involve direct contact with bereaved parents, while others work quietly behind the scenes to help the organisation operate effectively.
All volunteers are expected to approach the work with compassion, sensitivity, confidentiality and respect.
Current Volunteer Opportunity: Office Manager
We are currently looking for a volunteer Office Manager to help strengthen the day-to-day running of My Little Warrior Child CIC.
This is a key role for someone who is organised, dependable and confident managing administrative systems.
The Office Manager may support with:
- Managing general enquiries and correspondence
- Organising documents, records and shared files
- Coordinating meetings and maintaining action lists
- Supporting volunteer administration
- Helping to manage programme and event logistics
- Keeping internal systems organised and up to date
- Supporting the directors with day-to-day administrative tasks
This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing order, clarity and consistency to a growing organisation.
Experience in office administration, operations, project support or charity administration would be helpful, although a compassionate approach and willingness to learn are equally important.
Because of the sensitive nature of our work, discretion and emotional maturity are essential.
